1. Consultation Fee

All consultation and documentation service fees paid to Emergency Loan Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the application has been submitted to a financial partner.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• If payment is made by mistake and service has not yet begun, a full refund may be requested within 24 hours.
• In cases where Emergency Loan Pvt. Ltd. is unable to process the application due to internal limitations, a partial refund may be considered.
• Refunds are not applicable once documents are submitted to any partner bank or financial institution.
